A 90-minute transformative experience for students in grades 6–12. Integrating spiritual awareness, intellectual strategy, and creative expression into one powerful session — completely free of charge.
Every minute is purposefully designed. Here's a breakdown of the full session.
The workshop opens with an interactive, age-appropriate discussion on topics students are actually facing — stress about exams, peer pressure, screen addiction, career confusion, and the search for purpose.
Our facilitators use real-world examples, relatable stories, and gentle questioning to help students recognise the need for inner tools alongside academic knowledge.
Students are led through a guided meditation appropriate for their age — typically a simple breath-awareness and body-scan technique that takes as little as 5 minutes to learn but delivers immediate, visible results.
This is followed by a Sankirtan (group devotional chanting) session — a joyful, musical activity that synchronises breath, voice, and collective energy. Students often describe this as their favourite part of the workshop.
The longest and most energising segment. Students are divided into small groups and rotate between chess instruction (or play) and a hands-on music session featuring harmonium, keyboard, or percussion instruments.
This segment is intentionally hands-on and playful — building enthusiasm and showing students that learning can feel joyful. For many, it's their first exposure to chess strategy or a classical Indian instrument.
The workshop closes with a brief sharing circle where students can express what they experienced, found interesting, or want to explore further. This helps consolidate learnings and gives facilitators valuable feedback.
Students or teachers can ask questions, and we share information about how the school can continue the programme or set up ongoing sessions through our partnership model.

Based on consistent feedback from students, teachers, and parents across all our sessions.
At least one practical, easy-to-use breathing or mindfulness exercise they can use any time — before exams, during stress, or at night.
A new perspective on planning, patience, and consequences — chess concepts they recognise as relevant far beyond the board.
First-hand experience playing an instrument, with an invitation to explore further — often sparking a lasting interest in music.
Concrete, actionable principles for ethical decision-making and self-discipline that they can apply in daily life immediately.
Sankirtan and group activities build a shared sense of joy and belonging. Students connect with peers in a positive, non-competitive setting.
Post-session teachers consistently report noticeably higher student attentiveness and calmness in the hours and days following the workshop.
